In compliance with China’s Consumer Rights Protection Law and Product Quality Law, our after-sales service terms are as follows:
Return & Replacement Policy

No-Question-Asked Returns (7 Days)

Customers who purchased via Huishen’s official stores on Taobao, JD, or Douyin may return products within 7 days of delivery, provided:

The item is undamaged and unused.

Original packaging (including accessories) is intact.

Exclusions: Returns are void if the product shows human-induced damage, missing packaging, or missing parts.

Shipping fees for returns are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 36 hours of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method. (Processing times may vary by bank/payment provider.)

Quality-Issue Returns (7 Days)

For non-human-caused defects within 7 days of delivery, customers may request a return after inspection by our team.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

Free gifts must be returned together.

Quality-Issue Replacements (15 Days)

For non-human-caused defects within 15 days of delivery, customers receive a full-product replacement.

The warranty period resets after replacement.

If a non-human-induced performance malfunction occurs 15 days after the user's receipt of the product, our company will provide repair services upon confirmation through inspection.

3.Non-Warranty Cases

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

1.Expired warranty period.

2.Missing warranty card, invoice, or mismatched information between the two.

3.Damage caused by human factors.

4.Damage due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).

5.Damage resulting from failure to follow the User Manual for operation, maintenance, or adjustments.

6.Malfunctions or damage caused by misuse or operating outside normal conditions.

7.Unauthorized disassembly or repair by non-certified personnel.

8.Tampering with the warranty card or product information (e.g., smudging, tearing, altering).

9. Any faults or damage not caused by defects in design, manufacturing, or quality.

Sleep aid devices, anti-tremor wristbands, slimming patches, etc. Unless otherwise specified, all products under these categories are subject to this warranty policy.
